Return Policy

Returns /Replacements/Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions :

• Damaged Product Received

• Wrong Product Received

• Missing Item Received

• Do not like the quality / Not suiting ( In this case , replacement or exchange with any product will be done | we will get your product picked from your place & our team member will provide a Gift voucher code 🎁 of the same amount , excluding the Forward & Reverse shipping charges )

In case, if only one or two accessory is damaged or missing in a set , we will dispatch a new accessory of that set to your address & the whole order is not eligible for return/replacement.

For returning / replacement , Kindly inform us about the return reason along with the Order ID by messaging us on WhatsApp at 8619550223 along with the order id.

Kindly insure that the condition of the product is original as sent , during returning .

• Please note - if you want to return/replace a product, you can send us return/replacement details with reason , by sending us message on whatsApp at 8619550223 ( http://wa.link/xjshc8 ) . Or you can visit the Return Policy Page (https://lamansh.in/pages/return-policy ) to initiate the return/replacement or refund. 

• Refund will be provided in the form of the Gift voucher code 🎁 , after excluding the forward and reverse shipping charges ( excluding forward and reverse 50 rs reverse shipping charges) 

• Refund amount can also be deposited in your registered bank A/C , Paytm , GPay , Paypal , Debit Card , etc .
• Quality related issues will not be considered as a factor for refund. But we can replace the product with another if you’re not satisfied with the quality.
